About Our Founder

Gregory Port, M.B.A, J.D.

Port Legal founding attorney Gregory Port has been providing strategic corporate law legal representation to clients in Central Ohio since 1990.

Attorney Gregory Port actively practices law in the areas of elder law, life care Medicaid planning, probate, estate planning and real estate. His experience and core values are the cornerstones of Port Legal as a specialized advocate for your interests.

Greg was a past BSA Scoutmaster and OHSAA wrestling and soccer official. He served on the Board of Directors of Netcare Foundation, Inc., the fund-raising arm of Netcare Access, Inc. which provides emergency care to those with mental and substance abuse issues in Franklin County, Ohio. He is an active hiker, bicyclist and camper.

Caitlin Chumita

Senior Managing Paralegal


Ms. Chumita is the Senior Managing Paralegal for PortLegal where she handles probate and real estate matters.  Caitlin's years of experience serve the firm well, as she is highly skilled in document production, obtaining and analyzing case information, drafting court documents, and communicating with clients and related parties. She holds a Bachelors of Arts from The Ohio State University.

Kaylee Port

Office Manager


Ms. Port is the Office Manager for PortLegal, where she ensures that daily operations run smoothly.  Her organized and efficient nature serves the firm well, as she enjoys creatively developing solutions that encourage maximum performance.  Kaylee's focus provides support for marketing and business development, accounting, and other administrative duties and special projects.  Formerly, she worked for The Ohio State University as a program manager.  She attended The Ohio State University where she earned both a Bachelors of Science degree and a Masters of Arts in Public Policy and Management.  Kaylee resides in Columbus, Ohio where she enjoys spending time with her husband and children, reading, and flower gardening.

Eliza

Eliza Bauler-O'Grady

Paralegal


Ms. Bauer-O'Grady is a Paralegal for PortLegal, where she assists with administrative duties and client work. Formerly, Eliza worked as a Legal Assistant for a boutique firm specializing in accounting and international and domestic taxation located in Washington, D.C. Prior to that she worked as a Legal Assistant at a Columbus law firm specializing in foreclosures. She attended Indiana Wesleyan University where she earned a Bachelors of Science in Political Science and completed internships with the Grant County Prosecutor. She resides in Columbus, Ohio with her husband where she enjoys being outdoors and spending time with family.
